Preconstruction & Project Delivery

A clear construction package starts with the drawings, site conditions, material responsibilities, and the decisions needed before mobilization. Above Wireless can help turn those inputs into a field scope that customers, crews, and specialty trades can work from.

How the work comes together

Define. Coordinate. Document.

01

Resolve the scope

Compare drawings and material lists with field conditions. Record exclusions, missing information, customer-supplied items, and decisions that affect price or the construction sequence.

02

Plan and communicate the work

Establish access, required approvals, trade responsibilities, and material readiness. Report field changes with enough detail for the responsible party to provide direction.

03

Close the construction package

Track open items and assemble the agreed photographs, installation records, and test documentation supplied by responsible providers. Confirm the required format before turnover.

Safety & quality

Clear requirements.
Useful field records.

  • Check drawing revisions and approved field direction.
  • Confirm material availability and responsibility before mobilization.
  • Use review points for work that will be concealed or difficult to revisit.
  • Distinguish completed scope, open items, and proposed changes in closeout.

Project responsibilities

Construction review does not replace engineering design, permit issuance, utility approval, or specialist acceptance. Those responsibilities are assigned in the proposal. Emergency scopes depend on crew availability and a workable access and material plan; multi-site schedules depend on readiness at each location.
