CEO, Above Wireless LLC
Field experience. Hands-on leadership.
Jeff Little is the CEO of Above Wireless LLC, an Ohio-based telecommunications construction company. A second-generation tower climber, he brings a field background to the planning, coordination and business decisions behind communications infrastructure projects.
Field experience
Jeff grew up around tower sites and built his career in wireless construction before moving into company leadership. His experience spans the physical work of building infrastructure and the day-to-day decisions required to run a construction business.
At Above Wireless, he leads a team whose work includes tower construction, network deployment and site development. The company serves tower, wireless, civil and fiber projects, with work across the Midwest and Southeast.
Leadership
Jeff remains involved in reviewing project scopes, developing proposals and coordinating work with customers and field teams. That involvement includes working through construction requirements, schedules, site conditions and changes that affect how a project moves forward.
His leadership draws on practical knowledge of field operations and the responsibilities of managing crews, customer relationships and project delivery.
Industry education
Jeff has helped develop and teach college tower-technician programs. He has served on NATE’s Member Services and Emerging Technology Committees and contributed articles to Tower Times.
His writing and conference topics include grounding, radio installation and the practical use of emerging technology in telecommunications. He also brings an operator’s perspective to discussions about AI, office workflows and workforce development.
